Well one of the places I recommend visiting - especially if you are looking for traditional archery equipment - is to visit Gary's Archery Shop on Queen Street East. (Gary is the guy on the right posing with a plastic bison.)
That is technically not the name of the place. But it is what the place is often called.

However I should warn you that it is tricky to find the actual store. The reason is because it on the 2nd floor of the building above a tattoo supply depot. You need to walk into the tattoo place, ask for Gary, wait a minute while they find him, hop over the counter, walk to the back, go up the stairs, and talk to Gary (who loves to talk all things archery) and browse his assorted archery equipment.
Gary stocks lots of different kinds of traditional bows - including longbows and English war bows.
